Ms. Cipriano represents individuals and businesses in a variety of contested matters including, but not limited to, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, real property matters, foreclosures, forfeitures, bankruptcies, collection actions, and summary process actions. Her practice also includes defending property owners in liability claims. She was the Managing Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal in 2001-2002. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Cipriano was a law clerk for the Honorable Socrates H. Mihalakos and the Honorable Alexandra D. DiPentima of the Connecticut Appellate Court in 2002-2003.
