Our estate planning attorneys recognize that estate planning is a very personal and, often times, emotional undertaking. Many of our client’s needs necessitate planning which focuses less on tax and more on caring and providing for their families. For these clients, we offer advice and planning to assist in the orderly settlement of their estate including, but not limited to, the drafting of wills, trusts, living wills, guardianships, appointments of health care agents, marital agreements, as well as offering assistance with probate administration.
