Mr. Oliver practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation and employment litigation. He practices at both the trial court and appellate court level.
He represents institutions and entrpreneurs in litigation and in other forms of dispute resolution. Mr. Oliver has served as lead trial counsel in numerous complex commercial cases.
Mr. Oliver's commercial litigation practice involves a wide range of disputes, dissolution disputes, disputes involving breaches of fiduciary duty, tax appeals, landlord tenant disputes, loan workout and loan collection disputes.
Mr. Oliver has also represented clients in matters involving trust agreements, real estate broker agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and non-competition agreements. Mr. Oliver
also has extensive experience representing clients in both construction litigation and employment litigation.
