Biography:

Mr. Scaramozza represents various organizations, lending institutions, companies, individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial real estate and corporate transactions. Mr. Scaramozza’s real estate practice specifically includes representing various types of entities, including non-profit organizations and for profit developers, in the acquisition, financing and development of affordable housing that most often employs numerous layers of financing on the federal, state and local levels, as well as tax credit equity syndication and institutional lender financing.
