A substantial part of Mr. Cole's practice is the representation of lenders and borrowers in all aspects of negotiating, documenting and closing commercial loans and mortgage loans. Mr. Cole also represents sellers and purchasers in connection with commercial and residential real estate transactions and both landlords and tenants in all types of commercial leasing transactions.
