Biography:

Bill Macreery is counsel to the firm and practices primarily in the field of bankruptcy. He has had extensive experience representing creditors in reorganization cases. Mr. Macreery also represents clients in banking and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Macreery also has extensive experience representing trustees in bankruptcy cases.

Mr. Macreery is a past president of the Northern Westchester Bar Association, a former member of the Ethics Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association, and a former member of the Ethics Board of the Town of Somers. Mr. Macreery is an enthusiastic fly fisherman.
